Looking for a great place to host your upcoming wedding reception? Are you wondering what it would be like to have your reception at a certain location? Maybe I can help out a little.

Central Indiana is blessed with an abundance of great facilities that can handle most any size and type of event you might have. In the coming weeks I would like to share some photos from some of the places that I have photographed.

For this first installment I will focus on The Columns Ballroom, located at 230 W. Main St., Greenwood, Indiana. I have only photographed two wedding receptions at this location, but I can say that both times, the food was really good and the staff seemed to be very prompt and courteous.

One thing I really like about The Columns is the balcony and high ceilings. It’s always fun to grab a few photos from the high vantage point to get an overall view of the fun happening below. Another nice thing is the size of the dance floor. There is plenty of room for all your guests to party.

I have no affiliation with The Columns (or any other venue), I just thought it might be of some service to brides that are searching for that special place for their wedding day.

Have a great day! ~ Randall
